Augmented Reality

 Augmented Reality is the technology that increases real-world apprehension with the help of digital visual and sound elements. Additionally, Augmented Reality, takes elements, features from the real world and adds some virtual world features to it. The term of Augment Reality seems complex or something only a few people can experience but of course, it is not like that. Materials that are benefiting from are common. Like there are actual games that show like there is an animal or some stuff in your camera's view, or camera filters that social media platforms use that make it seem like a dinosaur dance right next to you. Users can experience an animated or reallocation through a virtual reality app. They can look up and down, or any other way they like. 

       

Virtual Reality

Virtual Reality is basically, a computer-generated simulation that allows a person to interact with an artificial environment. This immersive environment can be used for various purposes, such as training.

Virtual Reality works by creating an immersive environment that mimics real-world conditions. Through a virtual reality viewer, users can see up to any which way they are positioned. Virtual Reality also has many uses, such as entertainment and gaming.

The first thought that comes to my mind when saying Virtual Reality is obviously 3D movies. With its glasses, while watching the movie you actually feel like you are part of it and all the scenes happening right in front of you. When these visual and sound effects combine, an extraordinary experience is created.

Voki

To use Voki, obviously, you need to create an account if you don't have one already. After opening your account you can simply log in and start to explore more on Voki. If you click on the button that says Classroom, you can view your classroom or create one. To create Voki, you can click on the create button. As you can see so far, using Voki is so simple, there is a button for everything you want to do. 

When you click create button it gives you an avatar, you can customize your avatar with the options Voki provides and also change your avatar with something else. After your avatar is set, you click the button on the bottom to save audio for your avatar. You write the text with your keyboard and choose the language you have written so that it can show you different accents on that language which has been voiced by different voices. 

It is really helpful to hear different accents and understanding them for language learners and Voki provides it. You can also record your voice so that would be amazing benefit if you want to give some pronunciation assignments for your students. Let's watch video below for detailed explanation.

Jamboard

Jamboard may be the best tool for online education because in online education you want your students to collaborate with the class but it is harder than it sounds. Jamboard makes it easier. Why? Let's find out. 

Jamboard is something like an online whiteboard. Let me explain how to use this online whiteboard to make this familiarization more clear. Unlike many web tools that I have explained, you can open your Jamboard account by your Google account. You can simply open the tool with your browser that is logged in to your Google account. 

With the Google Jamboard, you can create collaborative whiteboards, slides with the features that it provides. Such as sticky notes, a pen for drawing as well as an eraser for erasing, image upload, a circle tool for adding circles, text boxes, a laser for pointing stuff on your board, and a selector for selecting board elements. So it really is like a digital whiteboard as you can see.
